Weekly Yoga Stretch
Hit the mat for a good stretch with our very own RUR team member, Amy every Monday via Zoom. Must be a team member to join, link will be provided. See you on the mat!
Join us for a swim!
All are welcome, but you must be a team member to join. Open water swims start in May and usually end in October (weather pending). Exact location will be given once you join the team. Take advantage of our weekly pool swims as well, held every Friday at the Muncy YMCA. A small fee is required to help cover lane rental costs.
