We are based out of Williamsport PA, but have athletes from all over the United States and Canada. We offer both local and remote personalized training. We also are a team/community that meets regularly and competes together (read more below):

Become a Rise Up Racing Coached Athlete- Monthly Fee

We offer (click to read more): Monthly Single Sport Coaching, Triathlon Coaching, & Health Coaching:

1. Weekly personalized training plans after an extensive in-person intake process and constant communication to truly customize your plan to fit you, your life, your body, and your goals.

2. Constant availability for answering questions, making adjustments, walking through game time decisions, and any other kind of support. Available by text/phone/email.

3. Nutritional training assistance. From guided weight loss plans to nutritional consultations so we can best help with your needs (race nutrition, weight-loss while training, etc). We also have monthly nutritional live zoom calls on varying different nutritional topics related to athlete specific nutrition.

4. Free access to all team activities (see team member for more information)

5. Strategic planning and race planning

6. One–‐On–‐One swim lessons to work on technique and speed in the pool or review of swim stroke via video for remote athletes.

7. In-person camps that help focus on technique and training while also providing a unique opportunity to build and create lasting friendships

8. Regular Team Informative Zoom Calls: best training practices, race planning, nutrition, etc. Lecture/Discussion style
