Cultivating community all over the globe, one triathlete at a time
Robin Barth is the founder and head coach of Rise Up Racing, a triathlon coaching company based in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. A USAT Level 2 Certified Triathlon Coach and Level 1 Race Director, Robin has personally coached over 200 athletes – ranging from first-time finishers to Ironman competitors, Boston qualifiers, and Team USA age groupers. Her coaching philosophy centers around purposeful training, life balance, and cultivating a strong sense of community.
Since its launch, Rise Up Racing has grown from a local club of 25 athletes to a thriving team of over 160 members across Pennsylvania, the United States, and Canada.
Robin is also the race director for the Lewisburg Sprint Triathlon and Beware of the Barracuda, and she founded the Small Town Hero Race Series to protect and expand access to multisport racing in Central PA.
Robin’s passion for coaching stems from her own racing journey. She completed her first marathon in 2009 and her first triathlon in 2012. Since then, she has become a 7-time Ironman finisher, 7-time marathon finisher, a Boston Marathon qualifier, and a USAT Age Group World Championship qualifier.
