THE TEAM

We believe this structure will give every athlete and family the opportunity to participate in a way that feels sustainable, fun, and meaningful — with the right amount of guidance and community support.

all rockets members are able to select what works for them from the menu below

  • $439 Participation in full 8-week Sparks in-person training including registration for both the Lewisburg* & York* Triathlons  *(registration cost is $110 per race – this cost is build into this option). 
  • $359 Participation in full 8-week Spark in-person training & only registration to the York* Triathlon *(registration cost is $110 per race – this cost is build into this option)
  • $299 Participation in the 6-week Spark in-person training & only registration to the Lewisburg* Triathlon *(registration cost is $110 per race – this cost is build into this option)

NOTE: If enough seasoned/returning* athletes sign up we will have a separate practice *(seasoned- have completed 1 or more triathlon)

  • $75 per month: custom personalized training plan for race of choice 
  • $35 private 1:1 session with coach
  • $15 per person semi-private session (2-3 athletes)

THE PROGRAMS

We’re also thrilled to announce 6-8 week beginner training programs for youth athletes interested in participating in the Lewisburg Sprint Triathlon and/or the York Sprint Triathlon!

Lewisburg & York Training Group

$439 (includes BOTH race registration, a $220 value)
  • Open to athletes ages 11+ (must be 12 years old by Dec 31, 2027, to race) based out of the Bloomsburg/ Danville Area or Sunbury (2 different satellite groups) with race rehearsals at both race site locations 
  • Bloomsburg: Meetings Tuesday & Thursday 6-7pm for 8 weeks leading into the York triathlon on June 19th, 2027
  • Sunbury: TBD
  • Designed to gently introduce the sport in a fun, supportive way
  • Focused on swim, bike, and run basics — no experience required!
  • Includes participant shirt, race registrations,  and hands on coaching guidance through race day
  • Loaner bikes are available for the duration of the program
