Rise Up Racing is thrilled to bring back the Lewisburg Sprint Triathlon for its second year! Following the tremendous success of our inaugural event, this race is expected to sell out—so don’t wait to secure your spot.
Come out and enjoy a fun, family-friendly early-season triathlon in the beautiful Lewisburg area. Whether you’re a first-time triathlete or a seasoned competitor, this course has something for everyone: an outdoor pool swim, a rolling and scenic bike course, and a flat, fast run.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE
Saturday May 31st
Event Parking is @ the parking lot near The BVRA Ice Rink off St. Lawrence St. and overflow parking will be at the Miller Center Address: 120 Hardwood Dr.
- 5am-6:30am packet pick up and bike racking
- 6:30am-7:30am swim warm ups, pool opens
- 7:45am-Transition Area Closes to all participants – regardless of age group start time
- 8am start, staggered start by 5-10 seconds between each racer, racers ordered by 300-yard swim time within their age group (see above)
- 9am finish line party begins with food trucks and celebration. Athletes will receive after post-race food.
- 11am awards will be given out top Male & Female overall, Top 3 relay teams, and the following age groups 1st-3rd Male & Female: 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

300 Yard Swim
Outdoor Lewisburg Area Recreation Pool: Swimmers will be started every 5-10 seconds based on expected swim time. Swimmers will swim in a serpentine fashion up and down the lanes starting at one side of the pool and finishing at the other. Flip turns are not allowed. Warm ups start at 6:30 AM.
15 Mile Bike Ride
CLICK HERE to see the course. The bike course starts at the Lewisburg Area Recreation Park and journeys through the outskirts of the Lewisburg Area. Scenic and rolling, the course covers 15 miles and a little over 700ft of elevation. The bike course is on open roads and cyclists must yield to traffic. Helmet is required. Earbuds are not allowed.
3.1 Mile Run
CLICK HERE to see the course. The flat out and back course that journeys down St. Mary’s St and connects to the Buffalo Valley Rail Trail before turning around. The shaded course with 2 aid stations will aim to have you flying through for a PR run split.
