STEP THREE - Review schedule and cancellation policy

All group meals & discussions will be held at the main house. Breakfasts & snacks will be provided at athlete houses. A list of all food items & meals (including sag for the workouts) will be provided to so athletes can determine if they need to pack anything additional.

Wednesday

  • Coach Robin & Coach Jeff arrive to make all the food and get ready

Thursday

  • 4pm- house parents arrive to open their houses and stock with food
  • 5pm- campers arrival at Main House, dinner, first talk and review of schedule

Friday

  • Breakfast at house
  • OWS / OWS clinic for Short Course, meet at beach (ows= open water swim)
  • Long Ride Options with Lunch
  • Shower and Rest
  • Dinner and discussion 2 at Main House

Saturday

  • Breakfast at house
  • OWS longer
  • Long Course (Bike/ Run) – Varied Distances with lunch
  • Short Course (Triathlon) with lunch
  • Shower and Rest
  • Dinner and Discussion 3 at Main House

Sunday

  • Breakfast at House
  • Early Morning OWS option before check out
  • Check out at houses
  • Meet for Longer Run
  • Farewell!

If camp sells out meaning all the rooms are taken those not able to get in will be put on a waitlist. Camp is non-refundable after June 1st 2026 unless you are able to find someone to take your spot then you will be fully refunded minus transactional fees. Before June we will refund you 75% if we cannot replace your spot or 100% if we can.
