I am a nurse and a mom of a 4-year-old and 1 year-old. Last year I decided I needed to lose some weight and get in better shape so now I am training for my very first sprint triathlon! I am so happy to have found Rise Up Racing because the whole team has been so supportive of me and my goals. The coaches are super awesome and have been really great about working with my hectic schedule. I believe community is so important because it’s so much easier to reach your goals when you are surrounded by supportive people, and its super fun to cheer them on and see them succeed, too!
